Its a 1986 subaru xt turbo with numerous mods. For starters it has a 1990 ea82t from japan.Heads have been ported and polished, titanium valves, valvesprings, retainers, lifters. Custom cams from Paeco industries. Forged reinforced top pistons(50 over) with chromemoly rings also from Paeco. High volume oil pump, hks intake, accel ignition, ngk wires, spider intake, polished and upgraded turbo from japanese wrx. Front mount intercooler from a Starion, Sachs racing clutch and pressure plate. Turbosmart boost control valve with autometer boost gauge. Over $7000 has gone into just the drivetrain so far, with more to come. Nos is being custom built for my specs and should be ready to install soon(75hp shot). Car is driven daily at 11psi and when i want to have some real fun i crank it up to 17psi. As soon as it dries up a little more i'll post more pics, of car and engine compartment. Sorry for the dirty car pics, it does look better clean.New pics coming soon as i got some time from work now. Got a new toy for the intercooler a turbo xs type rfl(really f....ing loud) blow off valve, you can hear the car go through the gears from over 2 blocks away. Also running CMP vp racing fuel, its oxygenated fuel for more power and boost,it will burn out O2's really quick so if you can't afford to replace your O2 every week don't bother using this fuel. Ms103 vp works just fine but is nowhere near as fun as cmp. more to come soon. Just added more pics of xt at the track, july 8/04. dean72's 1986 Subaru XT
