Suspension
The Suspension has been completely changed, I have re-done everything and I am always making changes.

I have put together best parts from various companies, I have had some parts not work at all and I have had good luck with most of the parts that I was told would not fit or work.

All of the front end has been completely re-done. All bushings were changed to Heim Ends, the motor is solid mounted. There is Classic Performance Products(CPP) Forged 2" Dropped Spindle along with QA1 Double Adj Coilovers conversion w/550lbs springs. I had the full set of CPPs Tubular Control Arms but did not like the Upper, now I have SPC's Fully Adjustable Upper Control Arms with a Tall Nascar Ball Joint. I like this better then the normal Tall Spindle swap. The Lowers are CPPs with Low Friction Nascar Ball Joints. The Brakes are Wilwoods  w/6-piston Aluminum Caliper, 13" 2-peice Rotors w/Braided Flex Lines and Ceramic pads. The steering is made up of mostly Circle Track stuff. A WenQ Rollerized Centerlink and Idler arm, a Billet Howe Pitman arm and Heim End Tie Rods both Inner & Outer w/TRZ Billet Steering Arms w/bump steer adjustability. There is also a 1 1/4" Splined Sway Bar from DSE. I now have complete control over every adjustment, I can set the alignment specs where needed.

You can see the Power Steering Cooler along with all of the Circle Track Steering parts. The Centerlink is huge, over an inch tall with removable Slugs to move the Tie rod mounts up or down. There are no Ball Sockets in the Steering at all, it is very tight and responsive. I am very happy with it. I will  be swapping out the CPP lower arms for One-Off Autofab Arms and Double Adjustable QA1 Coilovers.

I mounted a S10 power booster w/Chrome CPP 4whl disc Master Cyl. An electric vacuum pump from SSBC runs the power booster, it is mounted up under the Front of the Fender hidden beside the Battery. There is also a Wilwood adj prop valve and a B&M line loc and Stainless Steel Vacuum lines.

There are braided flex lines and lots of new parts. and you can see the QA1 Coilover Conversion.

Rearend is a completely rebuilt 12 bolt w/3:73 posi. Moser C-clip axles w/matching Moser rear girdle cover. The rear disc brakes are from an 80 Trans Am with Cross Drilled Rotors. The Lower & Upper Control Arms are new Double Adjustable pieces(all 3/4" heim ends) w/1" sway bar, these really helped the ride. I can now set the Pinion Angle to what is needed and I can move the Rearend Housing wiht the Lower Arms. I also made Custom Mounts for the Sway Bar, I took a Factory style bar(attaches to the Lower Control Arms) and mounted it to the Rearend Housing and used adjustable End Links that go to the Frame. This allows the Rearend to articulate more freely, the Sway Bar now does not cause a bind over uneven surfaces. Lowering springs are installed(80 Malibu) and I now have Jack Screws under them so I can preload one side or the other or raise the ride height up to 3". I added the Hotchkis Brace between the Upper & Lower control Arm mounts and I have reinforced the frame mounts. New QA1 adjustable Billet Shocks and a Bracket that lowers the Lower Control arm mount for better Instant Center. The frame has been fully boxed, braced and there is a driveshaft loop. The exhaust is 2 1/2" custom bent pipe w/ Flowmaster mufflers and Chevelle SS chrome tips.

You can see the new Double Adjustable Lower Control arms, the 1" Sway bar is now mounted to the Rearend Housing and the Frame not to the Lower Control Arms. This frees up the rearend and stops the binding, disc brakes and the two Flowmasters are also pictured.

t69chevelle's 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Looking forward while on the hoist getting the alignment done. I will back ther again this spring.

This is a GTA/Iroc 12:1 ratio steering box w/Flaming River steering shaft. The power steering pump has been flowed to get just the right feel. Again braided hoses w/A-N fittings for the power steering. There are no rubber hoses on the car. t69chevelle's 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle

The front bumper is fully customized. The signals have been moved to the lower portion and the openings have been covered with aluminum mesh. 3 1/4" Driving lights have been added with custom tubes. There is LED Bulbs in the Signal and New H4 Clear Glass headlights. This is the bumper in the rough mock up stage.

I would like to thank everyone who has helped. My wife, for being so understanding, my dad, Greg Fox at Fox's Autosound, Barry at Performance Unlimited, B.H&P Machine Shop & A-N Auto Electric all in London, Ontario.

The sexiest '69 I've ever seen! Pro-touring is definitely the best look for a muscle car. Really love that color and no-chrome look. Those rims also compliment the car as well for that fast, yet subtle look. I love it, man. Hope you have a lot of fun with it. 5 stars and a favorite for sure!
