2K3 Angel Eye foglight installation

Well, I had to restore my 2k3 Maxima back to stock. But when I installed my bodykit, I sold my original 2k3 foglights from somebody on Maxima.Org for a good price.

Now I need to fill them with some foglights, so i decided to go with these. Slightly smaller than original but looks great and works fine!

Now we begin the installation process. I decided to remove the front bumper, as it was MUCH easier to install these and screw them in.

I mounted the foglights by mounting the brackets and screwing them from behind the foglights (therefore behind the front bumper as such).

Now comes the wiring, this is where it gets complicated. And this is where I will explain.

I DID NOT WANT A SEPARATE SWITCH IN THE CAR. My maxima already came with foglights so it already had foglight switch in the turn signal lever.

What wanted was for the foglights and angel eyes to come on automatically with the auto headlights, and also switch via the factory foglight switch.

Oh, and when you have the foglight switch on, and you do a flash to pass (hibeam flash), it goes switches from foglights on to angel eyes on and vice versa.

I used two relays, and some creative thinking to get this to work, but its very simple, and i just tapped into my corner light and my factory foglight wires to get this whole thing to work as shown in the picture.

You love those fancy grilles, dontcha? Damn, that accident sucked, did you get insurance money for it? Did the other guy get sued? You gotta tell me where that pothole is so I don't hit it too, lol.

Nice ride, like your setup with the XBox you were talking about, did the same with mine, though I am not finished, going to do a little fiberglassing to make it look like it is built into the car totally. Drop by some time and check mine out.

Hey nice new Katana rims. Those Katanas and the ones I have right now on my Max were the ones I was gonna go for when I was buying rims. So I went with the ones that are on my car now, but those Katanas and mine both look very good. Well I just had a question about your steering wheel controls. How did you connect those to make them work with that LCD screen? Did you grond them or something? Cause when I put my LCD pioneer Avic-N1, those steering controls stoped working. I wish I could do somthing about it, can you help me? thanks. I'll see you on ORG.
