This is the start of my Restoration on my 1990 TGP. I found this car, or my dad spotted it and recognized it as the Turbo grand Prix. We checked it out and it wasn't running. Basically he gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. After the purchase, I did some research to find out that the Engine is designed by Mclaren Racing. The car is Mfg'd by ASC(American Sunroof Corp.) The ASC that is renound for it's Mustang customizing and most recently the New Chevy SSR Pickup. This is also a limited production vehicle made in 1989 and 90 only, With 3750 units each year. Even rarer is the TSTE 4-door TGP, only one year and 1000 units!
I'm starting with replacement of the crossover!
Update 4 Months later 9/17/04:
*Crossover done...everything done! I've just finished doing everything this car needed:
*New K&N Air Filter
*New Top Gun 160 Performance chip and Stat.
*New Plugs, Wires, ECM and O2, TPS sensors.
*New Stereo System: Pioneer DEHP47DH. With a powered Bazooza in the trunk.
*New Upper and Lower intake Gaskets.
Just got the Car home, barely.
