New updates for the GT:

11-24-09

Converted to a 10.5" flywheel and a King Cobra Clutch. Also added Maximum Motorsports Extreme Duty rear lower control arms. the car feels really tight and handels like it's on rails with the MM rear lowers on. Much better than the stock arms.

In March I had a set of stock Ten Hole rims powder coated satin black to look like the SSP cop Mustangs. Damn the rims look great on this car!

On another note: I have fixed all the issues the car had. Electrical and mechanical in the engine bay thanks to previous owner "stuff" (like say the vacuum advance arm poping off the advance plate in the dizzy.... never would have thought of that). I also rebuilt the 4180C carb. While building it up I improved a few circuits in that carb and have gained more power. According to the mag article I copied it from, they said they had a 20hp gain. I'm expecting anywhere between 10 to 20 hp gain. Hoping to break the 200 hp to the wheels mark with a factory carbed Cali-smogable 5L motor.

With this gain in power I now have wheel hop. Sometihng the car did not previously have. So now I'm working on that. MM extreme lower rears and new Ford Racing rear uppers will be going on to fix this in a couple weeks.

Finally tossed that 3.8L Ford Taurus Fan in the GT. Man... what a difference.... there is no more Mechanical fan noise!

Installed the pair of Koni Yellow Sport SA struts into the GT. Man... that car feels nice and tight! I also installed a fixed steering column and a three spoke steering wheel. Looks good too!

I WAS WONDERING WHERE THE CAR WENT. I'M A BIG FAN OF THAT CAR. THATS THE BIG REASON I STARTED CHASING MY LTD LX. MY UNCLE'S FRIEND HAD ONE YEARS AGO BUT I HE SOLD YEARS BACK. THEN I SAW THAT CAR IN HEMMINGS MAGZINE AND I HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER ONCE AGAIN. DO YOU HAVE ANY CLUE ON WHERE TO FIND THOSE SUPER ROO STICKERS. LOVE THE CAR
