Update: The Toyota is gone.

I've been slowly working at setting up a simple, but good sounding system. There are two problems though. College keeps sucking up all my money and I have a regular cab pickup.

Keep in mind this system is a work in progress.

Current Equipment List:

Head Unit: Alpine CDA-7894
Amplifier: MTX Audio 6304
Mids: Polk Audio Mobile Monitor MM3a coaxials (old school)
Subwoofer: JL Audio 10W6
Wiring: Knukonceptz

The front channels of the 6304 are powering the coaxes and the rear channels are bridged to power the 10W6.

In the near future I will be adding another amp and a set of Kicker RMB 8 midbasses in the doors. I'd like to pick up another 4 channel amp and run the front stage completely active. My current set of mids are just temporary. I'm hoping to piece together a DIY comp set and run the mids in the kicks and the tweets either on the dash or in the kicks too; whichever images the best.

Hey James, pm me when you get the box design finished and let me know how it sounds. I have a single cab pickup and I'd like to get some info on the box from you. A+ on box design.
