*Update* The ZC is now in pieces, prepping for a few new things. My OBD1 ZC is also doing well in the machine shop, with high numbers in the making
This is my '89 CRX Si, I bought this in Jan. of '03 for only 1,100. It was a pretty good deal since the wheels, bodykit, and engine swap came with it. The only problem was it needed a new clutch.

My brother was taking an auto body repair class at Linn State College, so he toke my car down there to get it painted. Not only did he get class credit for this, he also saved me lots of money. These next pictures are of the car getting painted, after this it will no longer be nicknamed "The Pancreas."

Here's the car fresh from the paint booth. The color is Indigo Blue, taken from the new Chevy trucks.
More pics of the newly painted C-REX.
Here is the power plant of the beast. It is a 1.6L DOHC ZC engine taken from a JDM CR-X Si. The engine had about 35,000 miles on it when I bought it. I bought a B16 for this car, it is a new import, never been installed since it was shipped to the US. I wanted to put it in then turbo it, but B motors are alot more expensive than I thought, so I traded the B16 for another ZC, which I will build to handle more power.

These are the some shots I have of the car after installing the Camber Kit and the adjustable coilovers. Since I didn't measure the rex's stock ride height, I am not positive on the exact amount I dropped it. I'm guessing it's sitting 1.5"-2" lower in these pics. Note- The 15" steelies are just my winter wheels, I didn't get rid of the 17s.
Lowered all the way (4") with new corner lens. I was scraping when it was this low, so I raised it .25", now the ride height is perfect. Second pic shows the Halo / Projector headlights!
I've always wanted to get pictures of my car in front of the steel factory, I recently had an oppurtunity, so here are some night shots.

Here is the B16A1 I bought to put in the CRX. I started pricing the swap and it was a little more than expected, so I traded this engine for another DOHC ZC and a ZC tranny.
The most recent pics. The ZC is now turbocharged. A friend found me a DOHC OBD1 ZC in the junkyard not too long ago, so it is in the machine shop getting some fun things done to it, expected double the horsepower from its current setup.

The altezzas got old, so I went JDM. A closer look at the front mount intercooler.
