Once I got the motor back in and after the paint job (Aug 2005)
note: this was a $75 paintjob! I've got a real paint gun now so it will be a nice dark blue soon!!!

The rear main seal started leaking at the end of my 1,000 mile drive to go work for the summer. So I yanked the motor fixed it on the weekends and drove homea t the end of the summer!!!

I got my car in 2000 when my dad became tired of me having a bunch of ford cars torn apat trying to keep one running lol. Funny but true, I got my car through a family freind who was the original owner. It was a 75,000 mile family car. At first the car was just transportation but soon became my most prized toy. I grew to like the smooth ride and just had a blast driving it. I've cruised it just about 25,000 miles in the past few years and I hope to cruise it another 100,000!

I get the full range of comments from that is a really nice car to why would you drive that? Are you poor or something?

I do put a lot of time and a bit of money into my car but only to upgrade it. It has only broke down once, that was when I spun a rod bearing(but that was my fault).

Looking good on the way home!!!

Sean! Thanks for the kind words on my 77, bud. You've got a sweet ride yourself! I don't know what you've done, but I can't my woman near either one of my cars, let alone take pics with it! It made me smile to see that burnout pic too! 4 doors doin burnouts! Love it! Best of luck with that Buick! Hopefully, we can get some people out there cranking out some parts for the 73-77 A body!

I got headers too :), Dynomax long tubes. I'll get to work on them after I finish replacing my front wheel bearings.
