hi idol, you definitely have a nice bug there, i do own 1 as well, its a 1974 brazillian model and i am planning to follow your steps in terms of modificationa nd restoring. by the way, i also have a yellow bug, i am just a newby in this field and my bug is my first baby and unfortunately, i dont have enough info regarding restoration and modification coz i dont know enough shops or trusted person who'm i can entrust my beetle to, so i was just wondering if you can help me and guide me in restoring back my car by giving me some shop names which i can go to or shops which offer affordable and reasonable prices. thanks... oh just in case you cant reply to my site (my site is not finished yet),pppls post your response here coz i would really appreciate if you will... thanks again
