My 88 Iroc Vert.

i bought my first camaro in 2000 -age 18. it was a 88 iroc hard top, but i always wanted a t top car more and a vert even worse. i drove that car for a while, then the motor went. i started to pull the engine and wanted to build a high HP motor.

well that didnt get to far as i found another 88 iroc that was a t top car, and that car had a blown motor also. so i figured i was in the same boat, in need of an engine but with a car i liked better. i bought that one and started the usual rebuild. i started to get into the suspension with Hotchkis stuff, modified my door handles and that was as far as i got with that.

in very late 2004, i came across another 88 iroc that was a project vehicle. well, this one was a vert that i was always tryin to find cheap! and this was it! it was located in Indy and im from Pittsburgh, so i made the 5 hr trip to pick it up. it was kinda hard to tow with no wheels, front suspension or rear end! LOL. but i got it home and started to make over.

seeing as i had another iroc i could use for parts, thats exactly what i did. started strippin the t top car and puttin them on the vert temporarily just to get the car able to sit on all for wheels. i bought another camaro,91 rs, for parts i wanted - gfx nose, bumper and hood.

so thats how the car is sittin now. i still have to take everything back apart when i get close to completion for paint.

-another set of custom door handles, something very trick, NOT shaved, everyones does that!
*SUSPENSION
-tubular k member and a arms, coil overs and probably change to Spohn stuff
*WHEELS
-17''----? with some big fat rubber, 295 or 315?
