This is my 1969 Dodge Charger that i bought for $2,000 its got a 440 with a 727 tranny and a 3.91 posi 8-3/4 rear end. Its been sitting in this barn for 9 years. Im getting many new two new 1/4 panels, new rear valance and a completly rebuilt 727 tranny which i found out has a huge crack in the bellhousing not nice. I was given a new bellhousing just the matter of transferring parts, and 8-3/4 3.91 psi rear end. The only thing that needs to be rebuilt it the enigne is finally back cost me $3,584.54 but it was well worth it.
Draginwitha440's 1969 Dodge Charger This is the engine bay where the 440 is going to be hooked up to the 727 tranny and 3.91 posi rear end. I managed to track down a grill support for it and i bought a cornet grill for it. so the plan is to have it look like a charger 500 front end.

Great find! After seeing your poll, I realised alot of guys don't understand that even though a car in pretty rough shape cost them $2,000, they still have it for good, so they can take their time fixing it up and putting money into it. And after it's all done they can say they have a rare and beautiful car, which is only going up in price constantly. Thus a few years down the road, the $15,000 you put into the car will have been worth it when you're being offered $25,000 for it (mind you I'd never sell it ;)).
