I am from Québec,Canada and bought my
car in 1978 from my brother who got it new in 1975.

This car never been winter driven. The body has never been touched but for paint.

The car was modified in the first months of 1975 to improve the performance ,which was back then, very poor. First , the rear-end was changed from 3.08:1 to 3.73:1 to bring the 4 speed transmission to life.

Then a camshaft(solid lifter) was introduced to increase the horsepower to a respectable level. Finally , a set of hedders was installed and a set of BF Goodrich tires and Keystone Classic mags (15 inches) were added to the car.
These wheels have been changed since by some Center Line Warrior.

This year, I have purchased a new motor from ENGINE FACTORY (New Jersey).
It has been installed in my car in april. The new 383 cubic inches (stroker) has 475 hp and 466 pounds of torque. The motor is a turn-key engine and was manufactured in Jupiter,Florida. Everything in the motor is ''roller'' balanced and blueprinted. This motor runs on 92 octane gas.

This is one good friend who help me to install the new motor in.

I do not know yet what will be the performances on the quarter of mile but the feeling is really exciting already.
I have installed my Hedman Elite hedders (1 3/4 inches), ceramic coated but still need to change the exhaust to match this larger size of headers.
In May, i have installed a new transmission, 4 speed manual, Borg Warner T-10 in aluminium in the car; this one is much stronger with a ratio on first gear of 3.42;1
.

I am planning to lower my suspension soon, to improve the handling of the car but i want to see first how the car will react to the horsepower.
We are a group of 200 muscle car enthousiasts in Laval (north shore of Montréal) and we have met every Friday night as Laval Autosport club for the past twelve years from may to the end of september.
