Julie: Mathew's Mitsubishi "I flipped my Eclipse at 120MPH!, now I need another one!

So far my mods for Julie have only been a few, but when my budget loosens up,hopefully soon, I will be able to sink a whole pile of money under her hood. Right now she still proves to be one of the fastest cars off the line and on the Interstate-5 "race way".

Those sick looken' rims you see on her are 18 inch, bronze Spec9 R1 Racing rims mounted on Kumho low profile, all-season racing tires. She holds to the road better in her new shoes and she looks filthy doing it, don't you think?

Julie does have other modifications under the hood, but in order to find out about her other mods, one would have to race me for that particular privileged information; anyone feel up to the challenge????

My record speed in Julie so far is 140 mph. I was racing GSXR Suzuki crotch rocket which his top speed was about 170 mph. This crazy ass race took place, not on a side street in the middle of the night, but on the freeway around evening time. The mad biker could obviously out accelerate us but mighty Julie held her own. At that speed, wind is about the only thing one can hear, but at barely 5000 rpms Julie felt like she could top out around at least 155 mph. Thats why I love my car. Before the biker guy sped off he gave us our fatty props for giving him a chase.

Although Julie and I haven't yet ventured out late at night to one of the various street race gatherings around this area, we have and continue to, light up the interstates like a flaming Christmas Tree. The streets of downtown Seattle and all of King County for that matter, are not safe from our fiery wrath either.

You might be thinking to youself, "this guys' insane!" Well to put your worries at rest, Julie is my only current mode of transportation therefore, I respect her as such and I only pass the Eclipse judgement when the moment calls for such swift justice. It may be days, weeks, even months before we are enticed to deliver any sound lashings to those who are feeling plucky. This is not too say that I never just comb the streets and interstates looking for my next victim though, but I try to do so as responsible as possible...
