Here's my Mazda, got it in December '03 from a local dealer. It seems to be the low end model, manual locks and windows, and the worst part is there's no rear wiper or defrost.
Drives pretty well, except that the four wheel drive doesn't work right now. I put it in a ditch last winter and broke the front drivers 4 wheel hub.
I sprayed Bedliner under the doors to stop the rust, I'll put up some pics later. Basically it's black from the black plastic strip down now. I hadn't realized how rusted it was getting under the door until I took the plastic body piece off. It was nasty the thing was just falling apart under the plastic.
Look it's a manual! Be afraid of the messy stock interior.
And the stupid broken handles.
