My 93'Turbo H22A Accord EX
Well i was getting that turbo itch again, and i had a friend who wanted my nitrous kit. i knew that you could throw a dsm setup on an f22 motor(stock accord motor) but nobody has ever done it successfully on an H22. so i told him to give me a manifold and i'll try to get it to fit. well, after 20 mins with a saws-all i got it to fit. and yes the ports line up. but the next problem was that the turbo hit the block. so i had to grind off a decent part of the block to make that fit. once i knew that the manifold and turbo were going to fit, it was a go ahead for the project. so i traded him my complete nitrous setup for a complete 1g dsm turbo setup (14b turbo). And yes i fully understand the my turbo setup is ghetto as hell, but it's boost. and it's pretty quick now. i will eventually get hard piping for ic piping. and get steel braided oil lines but for now it works and it doesn't leak a drop of oil. there are also no boost leaks what so ever. so yes it's ghetto but it was done on basically no budget. i maybe spent 100 bucks out of my pocket. other than that i got everything i need in trade for my nitrous kit. this is the first time that this has been done on an h22. if you know of someone who has done it before. let me know because i've been looking for a while now. here's my mod list and some pics..........
