1972 DeTomaso Pantera

The Banzai Runner Pantera is car number 4033, a 1972 pre-L Pantera with over 89,000 original un-restored miles. #4033 is known as the "Banzai Runner" because it was featured in the 1987 movie "Banzai Runner" starring Dean Stockwell and Billy Drago.

All new rotating assembly. Forged 4130 lightweight knife-edged crank, forged rods, forged pistons, Scorpion roller rockers, roller lifters and cam, Edelbrock aluminum heads, Weiand Xcelerator single plane intake manifold, etc.  All the good stuff going in!
