i sold my baby a few months back seems i was too far in debt. After taking these few months hieadous off of cars, i have finally came to a conclusion what my next car will be... By by toyota :( hello prelude... hope you enjoy reading/looking at my old celica as much as i did driving it..... and i drove the fuckin piss right out of the poor bastard

Swap
Last time I had updated this I stated that I was going to swap in a 3sgte engine and swap out my Blown 5sfe. Well money was an issue and I needed my car back drastically, so i decided to go down instead of up. The reason is because with the 3sgte It is best that I replace my tranny because the engine would not be able to perform as good on a FWD tranny makeing it nest to pointless for this swap (long term wise) I decided to save a few bucks and Import the less expensive/powerfull engine, the 3sfe engine from Japan. this engine is a 2 L as apposed to my old 2.2 This means less displacement which meens more horses. Even if its only 10. So instead of jumping from 145-200HSP, i jumped from 145-160.
I also had my friend install a homemade intake and Ive polished the head gasket since its return. However i dont have any pics at this time.
...p.s. the smaller engine will be easier to turbo this summer ;)

Finally pics of my upgrades
-----------
Brakeing
By far the most expensive upgrade was my brakes. I purchased 4 Brembo cross drilled dustless/rustless rotors, which have improved my brakeing drastically. With the rotors I have 2 EBC Green Brake Pads (rear) and 2 HAWK racing pads (front).. these pads are all dustless and rustless lavy_gts's 1990 Toyota Celica

Suspension
Also I have installed a set of Eibach sportline springs in my celica. The springs took off around 1.5 - 2 inches and have set down to as low as 2.5 inches (with my winter tires on).
the springs did there job, however at the time of there purchase I cheaped out and did not pick up any struts/shocks with them so I have the bumpieessttt ride ever. lavy_gts's 1990 Toyota Celica
Before the summer I am picking up these KYB GR2 struts and shocks.

Audio
Well I always liked my music loud, but I never knew how loud it could really get until I purchased my audio system for an unheard of deal. I purchased 2 JL W0 12" and 1 Pioneer IMPP 12" Subwoofers, with a Custom box, and a 600 watt Earthquake amp all for 220$ CDN. Sure there reallllly underpowered but they still pound.

ok so I did some looking and to turn the 3s-fe into a 3s-gte would take much more work than I thought. Turns out almost everything but the block and oil pan are different- so Ignore what I said.
