New tires look pretty good (Personally I woulda gone w/ a set of Super Swamper TSL's.. ha, but then I live if Florida ; ) The 302 itself actually fits in with lil' to no Problem; if you've got a 3" body lift you can just drop it right in; if not, then you've got to take a hammer & bang the lip flush where the fire-wall & trans-tunnel come together; aside from that all you've gotta do is either remove or notch' the bottom corner of the Ac/heater box... & as for your question about the AC still workin' with a 302, yes it can be done, I know several guys who do have it; as for myself.. no, I'm buildin' my B-II to be a trail-rig; (haha.. gettin' another one to daily drive soon) I'll more than likely convery my old AC compressor into an On-Board-Air system tp run air-tools & inflat the tires. Hope that helps; If you've got any other question about the 302 swap, or B-II syuff in general feel free ta ask man. If you havn't already you should also check out www.broncoii.org & become a member, it's a great Bronco II website FULL of info, trail-rides, & a lot of good people. Later!

I just want to say thanx for all the great feedback. It's nice, I've been really working hard to get this truck done. All I want to do now is get rear fiberglass and put a 302 in it. And my truck will be done. Once again thank you soo much.
