The TEXAS TA THUNDER is running a NOSzle 300 HP system but changed the plastic lines out and is running all Russell braided hoses. SLP Stage 2 heads, Moser 12 bolt rear with Auburn Pro Posi gears and Richmond 4.10's. Hotchkis suspension, Mac full flow headers, Weiand intake, SLP ram air lid, McLeod dual disk clutch system, Billit aluminum flywheel, X-Pipes, Pro 5.0 shifter, 581 Competition Cam, Holley 255 electronic intank fuel pump, additioanl pump for the nitrous, MSD ignition, Accel wiring, Mallory line lok, NOS purge kit. Ran a 11.12 without the NOS at 126 MPH.
All the work done by Alamo Performance.
The TA dynoed 610.6 HP at 608.8 Torque at Mike Murillo Motorsports.
New track times coming soon!
Run Mickey Thompson Street ET's at the strip, with American Racing Torque Thrust II's, 17", on the street. Michelin Pilots, 315 in the rear and 255's up front round out the car.
Still cruises 76 MPH at 2,000 RPM's...love that 6-speed with the 4.10's, compared to 87 MPH with the old 3.42's at 2,000 RPM's.
Custom leather seats from ABC Upholstery, and all new flooring from ABC Custom Carpeting. Chrome 10 lb. bottle mounted on a billit aluminum bottle mount from Cold Fusion on the center console in front of the back seats, and a quick release line from BMR. Bottle heater from Hurst.
Panasonic 12 disc CD changer in the back space of the trunk. Window tint from Daddy's.
Remember yall...this is a 3,850 lb.street car pulling those tires off the ground...heehee. Mahalo...
