Hey whats up, this page is for my baby, MiMi, my 1993 Mazda MX-6 LS V6 5-speed. I'll be documenting her progress here, and keeping you updated as best i can........MAZDA PWNS!!!1111

Now lets take a look at the engine swap that me and buddy did-----> heres the story: the stock V6 that came with the car started to go, and eventualy just died on me one day. so i figured if i have to replace the engine why not just get a KLZE? so thats happened!!! here are some pics we snaped from the swap.

Props to Ryan as he did most of the work!!! he is the Mazda Guru!

I'll start with the parts:

14lbs. MX3 GS flywheel, Bosch ZR-1 Corvette oil filter, o2 senesors and NGK plugs

JDM KL-31 (MTX) ECU, SPEC stage 1 pressure plate

SPEC stage 1 Clutch kit, Probe addiction Timing belt kit

J-spec MX6 style (long neck) KLZE 2.5l V6. Pic of the more aggressive KL-31 cams

More pics of the engine while still on the palette. And if you notice she came with a ATX flywheel which i turned into autozone to get my core back

Got all the parts...now to put them in!!!
