    Really cool jeep. I too have a '69 CJ5. Have you checked out Early CJ5.com? Go to www.earlycj5.com It's a web forum/discussion board dedicated to owners of early CJ5's ('55 to '71). It's beginning was meant for Dauntless V6's and there's tons of them but there are also some 4 bangers and a few CJ7's. Tons of knowledge on the V6 and ideas for upgrades.     Hey thanks for the info but I have looked everywhere to include those sites. It looks like I am going to have to take the transfercase off, Drill it out and just replace it with a stronger bolt. Thanks

    Nice looking CJ. I think it would look great with a 4-6 in lift with some 35s or 38s. Kepp up the great work with it. Check out my 77 CJ5 with AMC 401.
