THIS IS MY OLD BUILD. I GOT RID OF EVERYTHING AND I'M GOING TO START NEW AND CLEAN SOMETIME BETWEEN LATE 2008 TO THE BEGINNING OF 2009. I BARELY DRIVE THIS CAR NOW SO I DON'T WANT TO JUST THROW ANY SYSTEM IN IT.
Check below for updates!
Audio Build

Sound Deadener. I used Elemental Designs edead v1se^2 and some edead v3. I put on 2 layers of v1se^2, then a layer of v3 and then another layer of v1se^2. Its very solid and I can hear the difference. The driver door is very solid and makes no rattling noise that I can hear of, and the passenger side makes a lot of noise. Passenger door is still incomplete.
Stock, v1se^2 and v3, and then v1se^2 again.
Cargo Area
Heres some wiring I did, I ran two runs of 0awg from the front battery to the back battery. I did the Big 3 as well. I have 5 inline fuses total. 2 fuses in the front battery and 3 on the back batts to the amps. Enjoy.
I finally got around to installing the subwoofer box inside of my car. I still need to mount it to the car chasis and I still need to carpet it. Very solid box BTW and it cost me $400+ to make including tools. Looks ugly, but carpet will cover that up very nicely.
No subs, with subs in.
Heres the amp installation. I decided to ditch the amp rack idea because it made my box to tall, seriously. So I decided to mount my amps behind the 2nd row seating. I'm planning on building an amp rack there instead so I can hide all the wiring.
5-09-07 Update!!!!!!!!!!NEW
Decided to make a amp rack. So heres the build process, not really hard. Also made a rack under my seats. Its going to hold a AudioControl 6xs, EQX, and a PS2. Enjoy.
Test to see if the big amps will fit in, and it does!
Like I promised!! Amp rack is complete.
Left is the amp rack, and on the right is the rack under my 2nd row seating. It holds the eqx, 6xs, and my fuse holders.
5/12/07 New box. 8cuft tuned to 40hz, w/ interchangeable port. Subs to the side, port back. I hit 149.7 on the TL, legal. Was tested at Classic autosounds in Chino, CA. Now to the pictures.
Subs waiting for their new home.

November 26th 2008 (The new build begins!)
So I decided to work on the Yukon some more. I took the headliner off and decided that it was time to apply some Stinger expert roadkill! The roof made some horrible noises in the past. Right now it feels very solid. I just love it. When the new system goes in, I'll be able to enjoy pure bass. Heres how it went down. The total amount of sqft needed to cover the roof was approximately 28sqft. I only used 1 layer. After letting the foam fully cure, the final result is just great. Next is the passenger seating area after I get some new carpet.
Half way there
Finally done. I got some foam in a can from home depot and spray it into some openings between the roof and the structure. The result, less ringing and more of a thump. I love it.
Also one last thing, as I promised a few days ago from my news page. The first component of my new sound system has arrived. Heres a picture. I'll try to snap a few more pictures so you can see the size of this thing. Audiopulse axis 15! I love it :).
