This is my 1994 Honda del Sol with original DOHC VTEC B16. I got my car in 2003 and have been slowly working on it since. It has been broken into, hit the guard rail, and has been rear ended(by a uhaul!), but I can't imagine getting rid of it, so I keep on fixing it! I am FINALLY taking it to the body shop on Wednesday, I am going to try to post some pics of the painting process, so they should be on here by next week.
My uncle is loaning me his Cadillac Eldorado Touring, but I had to get new tires for it, and a fan motor. I had to have something to drive while my car is getting painted, I'm guessing it will take a while to fix everything from the wreck and all of the fiberglass work, so it will be a at least a month!

I think this is the worst my car has ever looked, and probably ever will!
My car has a lot of work and parts coming up soon!
I ordered new 17'' Tenzo Mach 10 black wheels with new Hankook K106 tires. I put my steel ones on before taking it to the body shop though, I definately don't want my new wheels to get scratched and oversprayed! But I can put my 15" Rage Enduros on the Civic and get rid of the 14" hubcaps!! I also ordered new smoke tail lights since my carbon fiber ones got busted in the wreck, but I don't really miss them, they were free (came with the car) and weren't real carbon fiber anyway. I also bought some LED handles. I am waiting until after the car is painted to install all of this.

I LOVE these tires, they will be on my car, on my Civic, and on the Cadillac!

I also bought a new back bumper since mine is ruined from the wreck (still waiting on it to get here) I got a Revolution dual exhaust one this time, so I will have to get new exhaust also. I HATE IT when people have rear bumpers that are made for dual exhaust and only have single exhaust! And I also HATE fake dual exhaust where nothing comes out of one side!!! So don't worry, that will not happen to my car!
I am lucky to know someone that does car interior, so I am having my seats reupholstered with carbon fiber vinyl, with red carbon fiber stripes, and they are going to be heated! Can't wait for that this winter. I might have him put the red carbon fiber on the door panels too where the grey is. Right now I have the seats from my parts car until mine are done, they are kind of growing on me! I am also getting a few other goodies that are on my list pretty soon.
I finally got my vertical doors installed, and found out that I can't keep my F1 fenders, they stick in too far and hit the hinges. Sorry the pictures are so dark, this was right after the hinges were installed. I will put new pics up when my Blitz front bumper is on and the car is painted.
I got my new black chrome headlights w/ blue H4 and LED signal. I bought matching aux. lights, but I found out that I need new brackets, I will have to go to the Honda junkyard for new ones, that is one of the very few parts I can't use from my parts car, it was totalled from hitting a pole.
This is what I have so far-not all installed yet

I used to have these Tenzo rotors but they were horrible and do NOT suggest getting them. I love Tenzo products, but the brakes are for looks. I replaced them with SP Performance diamond slotted ones forever ago and they are great, I won't get a different rotor again.
I hand stitched my shift and e-brake boots with metallic red thread, that took forever!
This is before and after pictures. I painted my valve cover and wire cover until I get a grey Tenzo valve cover and Skunk2 wire cover. When I got my MSD box, I had to shorten my cold air induction and get a smaller filter so it woild fit.
Just playing with Photoshop

VERY OLD pic of my car, when I first got it in January 03.

Near Future Mods:
New paint job (probably black w/ metal flake)
New Revolution rear bumper
Push button start
Skunk2 VTEC solenoid cover
Skunk2 wire cover
Skunk2 reservoir covers
Black reverse gauges
Black/red carbon fiber vinyl heated seats
Red carbon fiber door panels
HID headlight conversion
New crx del sol and dohc vtec decals
Future mods- I want to completely rebuild my engine with Skunk2 products; it has almost 200,000 miles on it now. Then I want a turbo or a supercharger.
Wishlist
flip out dvd player
carbon fiber hood
carbon fiber deck lid
carbon fiber eyelids
and much much more!
This is on my very very distant wishlist that will probably never happen! I would also like to have right hand drive, and a trans top if I can't have the soft top, maybe when I finish school and make a lot of money! I can hope can't I!

This is the 1995 Civic LX we bought a couple months ago; It was stock except for cold air induction. Since we bought it, we have stole my 15s from my car, stole the exhaust from my parts car, and are getting ready to steal the header from the parts car too. I really wanted an EX, but I can deal with the D15, it runs pretty good, and that is what motor we have in the parts car, and about three extra transmissions! And we only paid $1800 for it so we couldn't pass it up. The only thing that was wrong with it was the primered hood and front bumper from a small fender bender.
I ordered halo projector headlights and LED tail lights, so I will post new pics soon when they come in. I also want to get the windows tinted and s sunroof installed. I don't really want to lower it or anything, it is our fairly normal everyday driver, but I want it to look good and run pretty good, so we are getting there. I am mostly glad that the hubcaps are gone!
This is right before I bought it
This is when I first brought it home with the black bumper, and after we painted the hood and bumper temporarily.

Finally got halo projector headlights for the Civic

And LED tail lights and blue reverse/license plate lights

We painted the valve cover for the heck of it. Pretty soon we are going to paint the whole car, probably about the same color as the valve cover. I always loved the seats in this year car, but I want to get some custom leather covers for all of the seats-grease and light grey fabric don't mix!
