Orion's Nissan 300ZX Z32 - Meadowbank, Unknown

I purchased this 300ZX in February 2004. Originally it was supposed to be my "weekend" car, as I had a company car at the time (a Ford Falcon), but a change in jobs has made this car my day-to-day driver. The picture on the right was how the car looked when I first bought it.

I have made a couple of modifications / repairs since originally purchasing the car. Here is a list of the current mods:

The picture here on the left is the current audio set up in the back (note the distinct lack of boot space). The amp is installed under the passenger side pod. The LEDs are only on when the boot is up, so it doesn't distract you while driving.

This picture was taken in the early days of ownership, so the car was still pretty much as I got it. Since then I have raised the suspension (which was way too low), removed the huge rear wing, replaced the clutch and put in a new dash (which is nearly impossible to photograph).

It should be obvious here why I removed the huge rear wing, it really was too big, and it didn't suit the car. The wing had been badly installed and the metal underneath was damaged and rusting. I'm still tossing up whether to repair the damage or just replace the whole boot section.

Finally, the aggressive front-on shot. This was taken before the damage described on page 2, so the original silver grill was still fitted (and the old number plate). I quite like this shot.
