Hey everyone. My name is Paul, and this page is about my beloved car. Some people laugh when I say I have a Tempo, but I think for a Tempo my car isn't too bad.

It's a 1988 Ford Tempo GLS, painted black which I personally think is a good color. It's a 5 speed manual, and the speedometer goes to 85 but it can go a bit faster than that.

For a head unit I have a JV kd-g300 mp3 player. Below it where the ash tray used to be, I installed my bass knob for my amp and three rocker switches that turn on my interior lighting.

I have a pair of 6.5 inch TS-D160R Pioneers in my front doors. They are covered by my door panel.. I took pictures with and without the panel on. Their magnets are so large that when I first installed them, I couldn't roll my windows down all the way. I ended up making some spacers to put behind them.

For rear speakers I have a pair of Infinity Kappa 692.5i 6x9s.

In the trunk I have a pair of Audiobahn AW1200Q subs.. they are very nice. I put them in a homebuilt box, about 2 cubic feet per sub. They are running off an Audiobahn A4002T amp. I used 3/4 inch particle board and 4 inch pvc pipe for the ports.

I have my 6x9s powered by a Rockford Punch P2002 amp, putting out about 50w RMS to each speaker.

Here are some pics of my seats.

I got some chrome Streetglow pedals that light up red to add some color to my interior at night. I also have red 10" accent tubes under my seats and Eurolite bulbs under my dash.

I have decals on my back window to show my support for some of the brands I have purchased. I put my Rockford Fosgate decal over my rear brake light so that it gets lit up at night.. seems like a nice effect.

I replaced my headlights with Streetglow xenon headlights and my liscence plate lights with Eurolite xenon bulbs so that my car would be giving off white light rather than the typical yellow.

I recently installed a dynamat trunk kit to reduce my rattles. I added a second layer to the trunk lid later on..

I put a pair of neo blue 15 inch Streetglow tubes inside my sub enclosure. They look great at night.

I also took a few pics while building my box and originally installing the subs.

Man that system is awesome... i have only one suggestion now that ur system is pretty much so done... fix up the exterior, even if its a stock front bumper and new paint. or u could go all out and get a body kit and everything. or maby try waxing it. Check out the difference in my 89 Tempo GLS from 4 months ago. With time, it will look better.
