just finished shaving the trunk with a tilted plate.
I finally got around to doing a project thats been in the plans for a while. I removed the backseats, (since i dont have any kids!!!) I molded the shape of the backseat and built a custom fiberglass box for my two 15" volfenhagen subs.
I also fiberglassed a cowl hood scoop. I really starting to get good at fiberglassing.
I also got racing seats with 4-point harnness. But I need to finish my custom brackets so they will still slide back and forth and recline.
Custom brackets are now finished and both seat are installed. It was more work than i thought because i couldn't get them to fit where the orignal seats were. I had the cut out the front seat bar and mount the seats the the floor.
For christmas i got a air/fuel ratio gauge and a voltmeter gauge. I molded them both to the interior.
In February 05 I threw a rod in my engine. And started a engine swap project shortly after. I finished my DOHC engine swap about a month later due to some unseen problems but it was a complete success thanks to the nice people at 6thplanetsedcarparts.com I also just got a custom dual cat-back exhaust from a local muffler shop. Last weekend (5/28) I started a custom paint job. A good buddy of mine mixed me some blue pearl paint and we started. Still need another layer or two of clear, but it looks nice.
This is what my 1999 Saturn Sl1 looked like about six months ago. Its been a little over a year and its been a non-stop project.
I order Z3 Fenders off of ebay which I never got. I will update pics as soon as I get them.
I primer my saturn(except the fenders) when I was suppose to get the Z3 fenders. I also just installed a R34 bodykit on my car.

Just last week I shaved the back door handles. I finally got door poppers but I already painted my car so i am just going to leave the front ones alone.
