Ok an update on my car...
Still havent done much..
Sound system is still fantastic.. And pumps out more sound i can handle.
Have a new D&T Perfomance Custom Made Mandrle bent 2.5" exhaust with Genie Sports muffler and 3" out..
The car roars now... sounds great! he likend it to a Between a porch and a wrx.
I have put in a Hiclone (tornado) into the intake...Once i installed it corectly.. the acceleration when from 10.5 - 60mpg down to 9.75 which is quite a good difference for such a simple but well designed device...
I Have a ITG Performance Direct replacement filter..
Re made the custom Cold air intake.. Trying to figure out how to enlarge it to 3"
Modded the intake with a custom controlled map sensor. so can vary electronic timing and fuel mixture etc.
Next stages is working on boot.. re-lining it for the sub. as no matter how good i tie it down.. when i take it for a good drive. the sub does damage.
Will be redoing all the pullys. and chipping the car with a powerchip for 15Kw more power.
Sticker art... Make it look like a race car eg Volvo 440 across the bottom of the doors.
and looking into supercharging..if chip doesnt satisfy.
Ill be monitoring and taking down test results with every tweak using the G-Tech Pro.
Pearl paint job will come later...
