Borla

My dad and I installed a Borla Exhaust on my zx2. The tip was a bit bigger than I thought it would be but I think it looks nice.

It's a little louder than the stock muffler and has a nice deep throaty note instead of sounding like a tin can as lots of other brands do.

The nice Part was that it took 5 minutes to put on but the bad part was the OEM muffler took about an 1 1/2 hours to take off. We pulled and pulled and finally just got the cutting tourch out.
We cut it off at the base of the pipe.
Then used a die grinder to get the rest of the pipe off.
Hot Shots CAI and Painted Valve Cover
The HSCAI that I got is a good addition to any Z. The only thing I had trouble with was the L bracket that hooks to the airbox base wouldn't fit because the 03's airbox base is in a slightly different spot which was no big deal since we just made our own. It also has a scratched place on the top in the chrome but that's no biggy either since I plan on painting it and the valve cover the same color. I painted the vavle cover with dark ford blue engine paint and went over the lettering with some silver enamel model paint I had.

The last thing was that it does't have a gasket were the stock MAF hooks to the filter but that is fixed with silicone. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone with a Z.
Oh yeah, Infinity being the nice people that they are also sent me some decals for buying their stereo equipment. And I put a Green Day stiker on

My awesome $3.00 upgrade and my borla decal.
