Total project cost so far = $3,518
My dad and I installed an Infinity sound system with a Kenwood stereo and a Kole amp.
First I installed my rear speakers. Which are 6x8 Infinity Kappa's with 100w rms.
Next we installed the front speakers. I wanted to go with all kappa's but I decided to save myself a $100 and go with 6 1/2" Infinity Reference 6000cs componets that are 90w rms.
Luckly the crossovers were small enough to fit inside the door panels so we didn't have to run as much wiring.
The best place we could find for the tweeters was in the door handle part of the door panels. so we took a hole saw and cut out the holes to mount the tweeters.
And here is the finished product.
Then we mounted the amp and the sub. The amp I got is from a fairly new outfit called Kole this amp is a HK9604. Which has a 100x4 watts into 4 ohms rms. I think the 960 in the name is its peak power on one channel.
The sub you see there is an Infinity Bass Link. It is a self powered 10" active woofer and a 10" passive woofer that has 200 watts rms.
And at last it was time for my headunit. I used to have a 95' Cougar which I had my sub and this Kenwood MPV7019 headunit in. Which goes pretty good with the interior.
Finally we ran some wiring and finished it up.

Mods I plan in the future are:
AUDIO
Replace Infinity Reference 6000cs with Kappa's
Replace Head Unit with Kenwood KVT-715DVD and KNA-DV4100 GPS Unit
Custom built encloser with 2 10" Kappa Perfects to replace Bass Link
Replace Kole amp with Infinity and add Infinity amp for subs
