Suspension;
If you can't get the kit front springs you can use springs from an '89 ford escort station wagon, NAPA part number NCP2775369 or NCP2775192. These springs are rated at 300#/in. and will handle the added weight of the V8. The rear springs are the original front miata springs. The springs are mounted onto KYB AGXs. The larger front sway bar is from Racing Beat.

Front Brakes;
Setup consists of the 11 inch rotors from a '90 VW Corrado. Custom adapters from etdracing.com were used to relocate the calipers & mount the new rotors. Lower two pictures shows the difference between the corrado & 1.8 rotors behind 16 inch wheels.  The brake lines have been upgraded with stainless steel braided lines from Racing Beat, P/N 54520.
