Here is my 03 Honda Civic that I purchased brand-spankin-new in late August of 03. Nuthin special yet, just a great car.
About a week later I added JDM style black-housing headlights with hyper-white bulbs. They were a pain in the ass to install, let's just say, you start by removing the entire front bumper! Here are the pics.
A lot of people think that they are DIY (do it yourself) lights, but they are not. It would have been cheaper, but I bought them from one of my old friends who owns a little shop just South of Arlington Tx. called Low Inc. If you live in the D/FW area you should check him out, he can get you anything for pretty much every car/truck, but mainly sport compacts and compact trucks.
I recently added a set of Silver with Chrome lip Enkei 18's.
