It was bound to happen. An exotic sports coupe of this caliber deserves its own website. I figured I spend enough time and effort tending to my car that I might as well keep track of it all. Enjoy my journey =)

Past Modifications:

Chrome Tipped Exhaust

HID Xenon 9006 Low Beam Headlights

18" M-Parallel Wheels

Kumho Ecsta MX Ultra High Performance Tires

Rear fog lights (originally installed on euro models only), 3 position foglight switch, instrument cluster rear fog indicator.

Possible Future Modifications:

DINAN transmission and M62 engine management software ?

Front strut tower brace, if I could find one.

Front and rear sway bars, if I can find them.

Brake upgrade?

UPDATE 8.22.04 Rear fogs are in and looking great. Just a few maintenance items that I'll slowly take care of in the coming months.

UPDATE 3.05.04 Turns out, the K-bars (front and rear sway bars) have an insane waiting list. While the price tag to make my 8 handle like an E46 M3 is very fair, I'll pass for now.

UPDATE 2.21.04 I just found out that the stock brake setup on the 1997 E31 has 4 piston Brembos, which is better than the brake setup on the E31 CSi. In other words, they don't get much better =)

(If you look closely at the top left picture, you can see my mom's BMW E65 in the reflection)

Yeah, so I got 'er stuck in the snow. Being a Florida guy, '03-'04 was the first winter that I drove in. Unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way that a rear-wheel drive car with 'Ultra High-Performance' tires will get stuck in only about 1" of the God-forsaken white stuff.

I will post new pictures within the coming weeks, hopefully with a few mods.

Very nice, I finally get to see some pics. Sorry for the darn snow, I hate it as well and I have never seen it or diven in it. Stay in Florida so that we can meet up for NE8 Fest! Any questions, just ask. Really nice piece of equipment there, keep up the good work Russell.
