First off, this is what the car looked like BRAND NEW- September 18, 2001. This picture was taken when we took the car home from the dealer!

It all started here, at Borgman Mazda, Grandville, MI:

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Nearly New!<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Updates from 2003:

Took ownership from my dad in January on my 20th Birthday. (I still had to pay for it, lol, but at least I got to buy a RARE car! I love it!)

Pretty much at this point the car is still 100% stock with about 18,000 miles on the clock)

The early days before any serious modding and before my addiction to modding it:

"Ghetto Meg" took this picture when I stopped by her dorm on the way to GVSU (April 4, 2003) back in the day:

Funny- with the STOCK car audio system I got pulled over in Grand Rapids... got a ticket! Music ticket, what bullshit. In the city of Grand Rapids, if they "hear" your sound system over 25 feet after 7pm, its a ticket. Stupid.

Bought the Injen CAI from CarDomain.com back in May, 2003! No car experience at ALL at this point, but I tried my luck with basically my first mod! Pics:

Look at the box, its like Christmas all over... all the shiny shit, it was so exciting.

Time for the "hard" part (back in 2003, first mod ever!)

Wasn't too hard to install for a n00b, but I was getting impatient!

Wow, without the stock airbox it looks HELLA empty! I like it!

All done! Need to get the engine cover back on ASAP! Looks like crap.

Wow, what a difference- from all that stock garbage to the much simpler Injen!

Moar pics of it being done. Can you tell I'm excited?

WTF? Where did I put the engine cover? Oh well.

The Purge Solenoid had to be relocated (came with the kit). Funky lookin piece!

I bought a Sony DVD/TV Monitor and Rosen DVD a while ago, finally got around to installing it.

Kind of ugly/ricer look, but it took me time to realize this. I had installed a Ractive muffler. Muffler man did the welding, which looked like absolute ass. Pics:

Installing NO2, August 13,2003- decided to try my hand at a wet 50 shot installed by Eckberg Motor. They've since gone out of business which is absolutely fine with me. They sucked.

Take a look at the pic on the right. Eckberg did such a CRAP job the fuel rail tap is leaking!

Hall Street, August 22, 2003. This abandon factory was knocked over about 6 months after I took this pic. It was a cool place!
