This is my 82 CJ7. It has a I6 and to be honest now im not really sure which tranny i've got in it will find out when i pull it. I've got a 4inch suspension lift and 35's.
Figured i'd go ahead and update this thing. First of all like to thank all that rated my jeep. Well i have good news, im gettin ready to do about $1100 worth of work to the CJ and it'll be offroad ready. Gettin ready to rebuild the Inline6 and put a weber carb on it. Next im thinkin about replacing the bushings with poly's. Gettin some Z71 driveshafts and gettin them modded to fit the jeep. Well probably at the end of the summer i'll be gettin some boggers and maybe a locker for front or rear not sure yet but either way she's gonna be ready. For tire size i think im gonna go 33x12.50xR15 because the "35's" i got now only measure up to 33's and i dont feel like puttin a 2inch body to fit some true 35's so i feel like 33inch boggers all way round should pull just fine. I'll try to get a digi cam so i can keep an update on the pull and rebuild and all the progress in between.
