Glossary
If you?re reading through my Car Domain page and have no idea what some of the terms mean, let me help you out:
EDFC - Electronic Dampening Force Controller
FF ? A Front engine, Front wheel drive vehicle.
FR ? A Front engine, Rear wheel drive vehicle.
KA24DE - KA series engine, 2.4L, Double overhead cam, Electronic Fuel Injection
MDF - Medium-Density Fiberboard.
OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer; Anything that comes from the factory.
S13 - Nissan 180SX/240SX/Silvia/Sileighty chassis, model years 1988-1996
S14 - Nissan 240SX/Silvia chassis, model years 1995-1998
S15 - Nissan Silvia chassis, model years 1999-2002
So Cal - Southern California (specifically Los Angeles area), U.S.A.
SR20DET - SR series engine, 2.0L, Double overhead cam, Electronic Fuel Injection, Turbocharged
Zenki - S14 1995-1996 model, with larger headlights and regular taillights
Kouki - S14 1997-1998 model, with thinner projector headlights, tinted taillights, and side skirts
USDM - United States Domestic Market; In other words - STOCK.
JDM - Japan Domestic Market; In other words - STOCK...in Japan. =P

...has multiple years of combined experience in the automotive racing genre... learned to drive a manual transmission on his 11th birthday... started in amateur level drag and autocross training in high school... by age 16 received mechanical training by former team Suzuki and team Toyota mechanics... participated in the Silver State Endurance Classic in Nevada... graduate certified in Automotive Technology... received driver training by three former autocross season champions, two rally drivers... all before the age of 21? has also opened and managed an auto performance and accessories business... participated in sanctioned racing events for multiple seasons at Pomona International Raceway... actively participates in unsanctioned "grassroots" racing venues all across Southern California... has held track records in local cart racing events... worked as a graphics designer for a Japanese-based racing manufacturer... former lead R&D test driver for a Japanese-based racing company... still an active driver/mechanic...
