My car is a Renault Clio Sport 2002, is a very faster, one pocket rocket, top speed 225 km/h and 0-60 mph in 6.5 seconds.
One Hundred and Seventy Two Horsepower. Fifteen and a Half Thousand Pounds. Renault is traditionally good at providing a lot for your money, but even by its own standards, the Clio Sport 172 provides amazing performance for the pound. Like the woman on the ad says, 'Two litres into one Clio? It goes.' I'll say it does, love: zero to 60 in seven seconds and a top end of nigh-on a ton-forty. It's a wonder the chassis can cope. What's that? It barely can? Oh. See, the Clio Sport 172 is one of the most raucous hot hatches you can buy. On the right road, when you're in the right mood, it's a hoot. In the wet, when you're tired and you just want to get home, it's wearing. Was replaced by the Renaultsport 182 early in 2004 .
Motivating what can be described as a forgiving, yet totally exciting chassis is Renault's magnificent 2.0-litre mill, mounted transversely up front. Vital statistics comprise an aluminium-alloy cylinder head, dual overhead camshafts, 4-valves per cylinder, variable valve timing plus a high 11:1 compression ratio.>

It certainly feels quick and when you're being buried into the backrest of the seat it's hard not to just wind out each gear. Which we did, and though a top speed of 220km/h is listed in the literature, we pipped that by a few kays.

First gear hits the rev limiter at about 50km/h, and second will reach 100km/h without complaint, and both gears will chirp the front wheels if manhandled.
The drivetrain is really quite impressive, though if I had one criticism it would be of the throttle, rather than the clutch or the gear shifts. I just found it a little sensitive: Normally the first few degrees of actuation won't elicit much response, but the Clio is very touchy in this respect
