This beautiful robin's egg blue 1967 Ford Ranchero was purchased on eBay in September of 2000. It has the bare bones package and is equipped with a hepped-up 200 cu. in. inline six cylinder through a Toploader 3+O/D transmission controled by a floor mounted 4-spd Hurst shifter. Over the years it has recieved an entirely new suspension that has been lowered 1", and fitted with a 6-into-2-branch exhaust header that flows into a dual exhaust. It sound like a V-8. I drive this car all over the eastern seaboard, from Toronto to Miami, and all parts of the wonderful US in between.

The interior is factory bare bones as well and includes a well upholstered bench seat with velour finish. It's quite comfortable. Added is a gauge cluster slung under the dash and a vintage Sun tach mounted atop the steering column. A Blaupunkt CD deck with full range loudspeakers on the doors and tweeters hidden in the kick panels is also added.

The engine is fitted with a Holley 2bbl carburetor mated to a cold air intake, a MSD 6A electronic ignition box that connects to a Dura Spark II distributor and Taylor wires. Along with the 2-branch header, I estimate the addition of another 30 horse to the factory 120 bhp.
