The general problem of very high negative camber setting on our S12's with lowering of the car and wide tires-rims setting is not a problem for me anymore.
As you can see from the picture, after
lowering the car 30mm and a rear setup of 245x40x17 my rear camber is -1 !!!
as a original rear camber settings.

But you need a very experienced chassis
correction center with your correct chassis specs of your S12's.
