Nice work with the intake. I think you should just put the T28 internals in on Exhaust side. That will give you plenty of boost when you re-map your ECU. I also have a '99 saab. Please check mine out. And, I know what SNATCH8055 is talking about.. The '99 saab S had a T25 Garrett turbo?? The only other option was the Viggen which has the Mitsu TD04. Swapping the internals with a T28 is no different than upgrading the TD04.. So, I would do that.. You don't have to fab anything and you get the same benefit! are you sure that you have a t25 turbo because the stock turbo is a t3, and it dosn'y look like you've changed it. maybe you did and you didn't give good enough pics.
