Here is the box making.....Its the first box Ive ever made and I think it turned out really well....

Tools needed, Drill, Jigsaw, Sander, Saw
Right shows the top panel with sub and port holes
A great source that allows you to figure out your box dimensions is www.the12volt.com
has some great volume calculators...

The box coming together, I put in a terminal at the back for the sub to hook up to, all joins are held with wood glue and screws.... and later No More Gaps is applied to ensure a secure and airtight finish...

Here is the product.
My new Fusion Few-12 Sub that replaces my old 12" Dominator (cheap, you can see it on the right)
Sony 4ch amp, picked this up real cheap, could use a little more power but hey it does the job..
You can also see the old generic box that the dominator was in, very ordinary!!

Test fitting the port tube, i made it a real tight fit in order to maintain airtight....you can also see the padding I included in the box.

On the left the test fitting of the sub and tube once the box was all together and left to dry overnight...
The right shows just a quick test in order to make sure the boot istall would look alright with graffiti - I was VERY happy with how this look and continued to construct a custom boot install
and this is what it ended up looking like :)

I am so happy with the results as the new box sounds great and the boot install I feel is really 'me' as it is exactly what I imagined It would look like....
