240_swtnss's 1990 Nissan 240SX This is my '90 240 and me, very well taken care of by the owner before me, currently it only has 93,000 miles

240_swtnss's 1990 Nissan 240SX Another view of the 240

One of the first things that I got done on it was tintin the windows, 15% in back and 35% up front.

A few pics of the interior in stock form, still in stock form, but going to be changed over the summer

Next step was installing some vinyl layovers that i found on e-bay, look alright i guess, better than the carpet look that is on there originally, also painted the bottom piece black to give it a nice little touch

Next came the rims, they're 17's, someday there will hopefully be 18's on this 240

Also installed a 3" air filter, pics of that coming soon

Have a whole list of stuff to be done soon as the snow melts and my bank account grows

Future Performance:
-build turbo kit to run around 6 psi off of stock engine till internals can be upgraded
-Nismo short shifter
-Greddy exhaust system
-Lowering springs

Future appearance:
-Body kit, still debating what style, hit me up with any suggestions
-fiberglass dash and door panels
-Nismo racing seats
-Nismo shift knob
-Nismo racing seat belts

Future Audio (which consists of the whole system)
- Custom fit 6.5" component speakers in place of 4X6's
- Install tweaters in front door panels
- build custom fiberglass box in rear corners to hold 10's or 12's, still in debate
-replacement for the blown factory 4X6's in the rear

If anyone has done any fiberglass work with their interior and would like to offer some tips of what worked best and what didnt work so well, drop me a line, soon as april hits i'm plannin on pullin out the resin and fiber

Get a VIS kit. Paint the car a deep Navy blue with silver/chrome flakes in it.. that would evern look hot with your rims.. and I wouldn't lower the car lower then 1.75 all the way around becaues it would Screw up the handling.. I dont have a 240 YET. I am going to be 17 and I know my shit about cars. My friends has a 2000 Honda Civic Si. Thats done up really nice.. So Think about that kit.. I am in love with the VIS kit.. and NO wing.. Looks cleaner.. Thanks man.. One

Puttin the 6x9's in the front isn't too hard. All you have to do it use some metal cutters(not sure what they really are called) and cut where you need to cut. The metal on the inside of the door is really thin and easy to cut through. Then you just gotta drill new holes where you need them and put the speakers in. Just make sure that you will be able to put the door cover back on correctly(i placed one of my speakers down too far and the cover dosent go on properly) the 6x9's in the front make it sound twice as good....extra bass without havin to buy subs...
