I read an article on www.Autospeed.com about phenolic intake spacer gaskets and decided to make a set. The G11 Glass-Epoxy phenolic I used was extremely tough to work with. . .Melted scroll saw blades and glass-epoxy dust everywhere--not very fun. If you are interested in a set, Click Here

Here is a test fit with the phenolic spacer gaskets.

To reach my HP goal of 260-325hp, I would need larger Fuel injectors, so I upgraded the 322cc stock injectors to 460cc RX7 injectors. It was almost a perfect swap with new o-rings.

Here they are installed with the fuel rail

I picked up an HKS SAFR to control the extra fuel. I got this one instead of the Apexi SAFC because the HKS has 50rpm increments whereas the Apexi is at 500rpms. I plan on upgrading to the Haltech E6GM once I goto a larger turbo.

I ordered a downpipe from Milan up in Canada. As you can see, it is much bigger than the stock downpipe, and it bypasses the Cat. SShhhh!! It also completely replaces the PreCat, which is way cool. It is 2.5" in diameter, made out of aluminized Steel and incorporates a flex joint to absorb vibrations.rblair01's 1991 Geo Storm rblair01's 1991 Geo Storm
After having the Milan pipe in for a while, I figured that I could rebuild it better, so I moved the flex joint to where it is supposed to be, and cut the length down to accept a cat converter or test pipe when needed. I also have it wrapped up with DEI heat wrap and coater with high temp paint.

EGR Blockoff plates-Had to make these until I can extend the EGR assembly. It is 3/4" too short now with the Phenolic plates installed.
