Exhaust: 2.5" 304SS, mandrel bends, with flex pipe, Magnaflow catalytic convertor, Flowmaster 40-series delta flow muffler, and v-band flanges
Intercooler pipes: 2" aluminum and silicone with t-bolt clamps
Intake:2.5" steel in front of radiator, standard cone filter


Tube and plate intercooler, 30"x6"x2.75", 2.5" inlet and outlet
Fuel system: 30# Bosch injectors, stock fuel pump, stock fuel lines
EMS Custom MegaSquirt. MegaSquirt'nSpark v2.2 by B&G. Daughterboard by Sportage4x4 incorporates: Control of OEM relays, cooling fan, DIS ignition with crank wheel decoder, boost controller, knock sensor support, wideband input.
Wideband: Twin-Tech WEGO v1.0 with NTK sensor
Boost control: OEM GM solenoid. 8.5 PSI with boost to 12 PSI from 5000-7000 RPM at 90-100% throttle.
Ignition OEM coils, NGK BKR7ES-11 plugs with 0.030" gap. Honda Civic 9mm wires.
Vacuum system:

Golden Eagle vacuum manifold. Air/oil seperators in OEM PCV lines.
