Here you see the dual stage Powder Coated Valve cover... It Has a sillver base and then a maroon coat was put ontop to give a metalic look ... (not easy when powder coating )and the hand polished Intake manifold . It took me about 20 hrs to get it to look like that . ( my poor fingers )

Here Is the bost controler meyers and Me made .. It cost like 10 bucks . we have it set to 10 psi where i made 158 hp to the ground .
I m gunna intercool it either this spring or after summer .

UPDATE
We tore out the engine as one of the ringlands had colapsed . we desided to do a tight rebuild .

align bore, polished crank, balance shafts .....gone!, turbo II turbo,and i am trying to get ahold of a srt-4 intercooler.

i painted that shield and some other engine parts and cleaned and cleaned .

I spent soo much time polishing things for this car ....these are the relays ,

today we got the new thermostat housing , the head is on and the intake and exaust manifolds , i also ported out the intake to match up with m larger throttle body .The aux. shaft is in with the new seal ....and meyers rebuilt my turbo . its all coming together now .

busy day ...... bolted up the turbo (permently after getting the egt probe welded in ) and got the alternator parts back from the powdercoaters , got the ac delete bracket and polished the waterpump ,added new ign wires(taylor made) and a cap and rotor then meyers and i got the engine in and bolted to the trans . good day .

I got my hands on an SRT4 intercooler had it widened 3 inches to clear the alternator and mounted it....
