In a desperate act, I bought this vehicle from my aunt for $2000. I intended to get something else and swore ?It?s only temporary, until I can get something more appealing.? Well, here I am, 2 years later, the proud owner of my GMC Safari.
This is one tough Van. The great thing about these minivans is the Anti-soccer mom look to it (unlike other mini-vans), and its definitely low profile when it comes to speed traps (Cops just ignore this highway bulldog).

Please do excuse the old pictures (1yr old pics); she is in the process of being converted into a mean street and Road trip machine. (Otherwise weekend cruising)

I am doing as much custom work as I can myself. This way at least I learn, save money and can be as creative as I want. I hope by the end of the year she might look something like this. (Minus a couple of accessories or course) The sad thing is that this vehicle was in piss poor shape when I bought it from my aunt. From the interior, to the whole engine it self. It?s taken a while to finally get her in good shape. It?s a sad thing to see how some people treat a vehicle. Grant it, it?s just automobile (a material possession by mans standard), but in the long run it?s an investment.
