PAGE 5 IS OF ALL OF MY TURBO RELATED PICS

Poor TD05-20G. Old, dirty, and shaft play up the you know what. Time to get her prep'd for the trip to FP for a rebuild

Since I've decided to convert it to an externally gated setup, I wont be needing that stock internal wastegate anymore *toss*

Inlet side of the turbo housing. You cant see much, but what lies inside is a decent port job (at best). I definitly plan on porting out more of the material still left in there and to clean it up quite a bit

Outlet side after flapper is removed. See that step in there where the flapper was seated on? That will be gone very shortly, so enjoy it while you can

Turbine housing and all lines removed

The turbine housing is staying with me. Here, I cleaned it up a bit to get it ready for some serious porting. When Im done porting, Im dropping it off at Pina Motorsports to get the hole sealed where the WG flapper arm once was. Im also having the whole housing coated in a jet black therma-coating. This 20G wont be a joke when it's done

Another view, notice the WG passage is ported smooth as well (also enlarged quite a bit)

This is the turbine assembly with the compressor housing removed. Im sending the assembly off to Forced Performance for a complete rebuild and a mild clip. I have also decided to polish the compressor housing myself (bling, bling)

Looks good man. Nice clean Talon. I wish my 90 looked a bit more like that.
