My Stang:

Current mods:
Extensively ported and polished GT40 heads with 5 angle valve job, topped with a ported and polished Eelbrock Performer Manifold, and FRPP E-303 cam shaft. To lose those Vettes, is a Nitrous Express Wet system controlled by a Painless Wiring control panel. New motor due out in March is a D.S.S. Pro Bullet 306c.i. shortblock, with DSS Pro Lite pistons that have been double flycut on the intake side, forged rods and race prepped crank. It'll feature a DSS main girdle and windage tray, and an FRPP chrome oil pan, with a Mellings oil pump and pick up. topped with Trick Flow Twisted Wedge heads that have been ported and polished, with a 3 angle valve job, and ported and polished to Felpro 1260 on the intake side, with Comp Cams triple valve springs with Erson adjustable rocker arms, and a Custom grind cam from Bennett Racing. I'll use the same intake manifold, just ported and polished a bit more extensively, and port matched to the new heads, and an upgrade on the nitrous system to a direct port system on a stand alone system, possibly a tWEEcer unit to program the Air/Fuel ratio. Currently the car is shifted through a Lentech Street Terminator Plus rated to handle 700hp, with a 2400rpm stall convertor. The new combo should set me over the 400hp mark.

*update* picked up my intake manifold from the machine shop after getting it ported and polished and the lower gasket matched to to fel-pro 1260...HUGE ports to match my worked Trick Flow Twisted Wedge heads. My FTI custom grind cam has come in...specs on the cam are not to be released. assembled my heads today, comp cam triple valve springs good to .640 lift, with some 1.6 adjustable roller rockers. all parts are in for the building of the top of my motor. juice will go on leave of absense for a while just to give everyone a fair shot. the car will get Dyno Tuned at the infamous Turbo People in NA and N20, controlled with a custom burned 2 mode flip switch, damn more money out of my pocket. MMMMMMMM, cant wait to get it together so i can hear that sweet sound of the cam that'll make all you LS1 AND LS6 owners crawl under a rock! Where are those 8.0L V10s? wanna test me? i wanna test you, and see where i stand. first race that i've set up is with a 2002 Pewter SS, stock block 5.7, with ported n polished heads, whisper lid, cammed up, dyno tuned, custom burn chip, and 4.10 gearing. lets chalk up another for the Blue Oval.

motor pics up in couple weeks
