Front ride height, Its low but has never rubbed due to the lightweight powerplant and stiff suspension. KDW Vs Goodyear GSD3- These new KDW BFG's have been on the car now for almost 2 years- hated them new, hate them even more now. The Goodyears were a far better performing tire- and looked better also.

The car currently has 26K on a new 2.8 crate motor. about 1 1/2 yrs ago I decided to either dump the car/ or put some money into it and keep it. It has always handled much better than any V8 Camaro I have driven because of the lightweight V6 powerplant- I concluded to build a fun street car that retains a 60*V6, but decided not to even bother with the crappy 2.8 motor. Instead I am currently acquiring and fabricating performance parts for a one-of-a-kind 3.5l 60*V6 streetcar- I don't need another garage queen, I already own a 540rwhp '68 Vette- I want something fun for everyday useage. New 6 piston Wilwood front setup soon to be fitted

Intake flow is a major hurdle with this tight 60* design. They will not flow well above 4500 rpms. I have decided to custom build my own intake because no aftermarket one exists. I have enlarged the upper plnum to 4.1 quarts and increased the stock 52mmTB (308cfm) to a billet aluminum 62MM unit (435cfm). This design has also shortened the runners for higher rpm flow. I also greatly increased thestock middle and lower runner port sizes. Right picture shows runner size compared to stock upper plenum.

The first thing I aquired (with luck) was custom headers and Y-pipe. Turns out there's a guy named Greg at PF&E in Michigan makes race headers for C5's. He happens to own a 60*V6 Camaro and mocked up these headers for me- they are stainless steel and ceramicoated! One of a kind so far. Thanks Greg.

@JMAKK- Its not called a "Limited RS"- The production run of RS Camaro was limited to sales in "California only" the first year of production and were also only availiable in 3 colors: Black, White, or Red. I mentioned "1st year limited Calif edition" right after the comment of the dealer paint scheme because it was White from the factory and then dealer customised. In 88 they made the RS availiable across the US in more color choices.
