This is my brother's Red 1988 WS6 Trans Am 5.0 TPI. The car was purchased in 1999 with 72,543 original miles on it. My brother added a K&N filter, cat back Flowmaster exhaust, rebuilt 700R-4, new flywheel, new transmission bushing, rebuilt headlights, and an Alpine CD head unit and speakers. The car has since been sold. My brother hopes to build up a 4th generation Trans Am or an 80's G-Body.

83 Camaro (95-98) 305 4bbl automatic. Modifications: L69 HO dual snorkel air cleaner, K&N filter, Z28 wheels & BFG 235/60R15's, Z28 steering wheel and e-brake handle, black 91-92RS interior swap, mild stereo install. Car was rear ended in 98.
87 IROC Z (98-present) 350 TPI automatic. Modifications: K&N filter Edelbrock 3" catback exhaust. About 60,000 miles now.
91 Formula (98-present) 350 TPI automatic. Modifications: ported plenum, & runners, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, K&N filter, air box delete, Accel factory replacement ignition system, LT1 muffler and tailpipes with chrome tips, 82-84 Trans Am hood inlet screen, Hotchkis rear control arms, Hotchkis panhard bar, BFG Drag radials.
91 RS convertible (99-present) 305 TBI Automatic. Modifications: fuzzy dice, K&N filter, 6 disc FM cd changer. Approximately 50,000 miles, all original down to the factory tires.
The 91 350 Formula and 86 Trans Am (2002-present) was 305TPI automatic, now 355 TPI no-trans. Modifications: .030 over 70's Chevy 350 block, 92 L98 Z28 heads (1.94/1.50 valves, 64cc chambers), Summit camshaft, Cloyes double roller timing set, Melling M55 oil pump, reconditioned stock rods with ARP bolts, flat top cast pistons (4VR), fully balanced and blue printed. SLP 1 5/8" stainless headers, Air injection 3" High flow catalytic converter,3" Dynomax intermediate pipe Single 3" inlet, dual 2.25" outlet GM muffler and tailpipes (oem removed from my 91 formula) SLP cold air intake B&M 2400RPM stall converter Hypertech Throttle body airfoil Ported plenum, & runners Crane Adjustable fuel pressure regulator, Energy Suspension Poly motor mounts and trans mount. Coming this spring He will hopefully install the following which are already in the garage: Arizona Speed & Marine Large Tube runners 24lb fuel injectors. He also plan to install either a complete rebuilt 700R4 with upgrades or a T56 6spd,delete the cold start injector, upgrade to a custom prom to match the current engine, upgrade the valve springs, and maybe add 1.6 full roller rockers. Or he is considering selling this engine and building up another starting with a 1 pc rear main seal and a roller cam to utilize the LT4 hotcam, Vortec heads, etc.
91 firebird (99-present) 3.1L V6 automatic. Modifications: complete interior swap gray-to-black, modified air box (CAI) with K&N filter, throttle body coolant bypass, IAT relocation, 4th generation leather Firebird seats with power lumbar, GTA 16" wheels, T/A hood, 91-92 GTA spoiler, WS6 sway bars, 140mph speedometer, alarm system, full competition grade stereo, catalytic converter, 125hp wet nitrous injection system, etc.
