This is the car as I bought it.

I talked to the seller for almost 3 months about it and even sold my previous car to get my hands on it
I test drove it for about 30mins and liked it and the price was right at the time.
I went to pick the car up and didn't have time to have it looked at by anyone other then myself.
update:2005
well I've sorted out the car big time, I've driven it and loved it for about 1.5 years now and have dumped a good bit of cash into it. BUT it's time to move on...the car is ready for a new home.
Update #2 for 2005:
Well it's been productive time the last little while:
sourced some koni adjustables for the front with new control arm bushings that lal should be installed by end of september, replaced the rear blown crap oem shocks with some boge units, welded up a bunch of little issues on the under side, replaced teh rusted broken and crappy drivers door with a rust free one, new winter tires soon and she will be ready for it's last winter of it's life, after which it will live a life as a flower pot or tree holder upper....lol
I know that as soon as I see the new owner drive off in it I'll be kicking myself as to why I sold it, as it is 1 of about 2000 surrviving coupe gt's in north america...
